Late yesterday evening, Electranet advised that the final line had been re-energised, enabling full power to be restored at Olympic Dam.
 
Our teams are working hard to safely ramp up operations. While some work continued in underground operations during the power outage, the focus now is to safely transition our surface operations from a period of care and maintenance back into full production.

This has been a challenging time and our team has done a great job working safely to ensure stable care and maintenance of our operation. We appreciate the work of everyone involved in restoring power to Olympic Dam.
 
Production impacts will be provided in the Operational Review for the September 2016 quarter, scheduled for release on 19 October.
